Return & Refund Policy
I don’t like what I bought
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
All items must return in their original, unused and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we are not able to process your return.
How do I send something back?
Contact us and choose 'Returns' as an enquiry and provide us with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a free return shipping label.
Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box.
Drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office.
My item was damaged
If your item is damaged on arrival, simply inform us within 3 days at email@example.com
We require a photograph of the damaged item(s) and the package(s), we will then provide you with a shipping label to send the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item(s) you will then be able to choose a replacement or refund.
If 3 days after the product is delivered, we cannot process damaged items for a refund or replacement.
My item never arrived
In certain cases we can process a full refund but we are unable to process a refund if Australia Post confirms that the parcel has a Signature on Delivery:
All our parcels are shipped via Australia Post with ‘Signature on Delivery’ if Australia Post confirms that the parcel was signed and delivered, we will not be able to process a refund on the order.
Important - Before you send it back
If item(s) returned are not in their original, unused and resalable condition - we cannot process your refund and unable to send the item back to you. However, we will be able to ship it back to you at your expense.
