If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage will be covered at your own expense.
All items must return in their original, unused and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we are not able to process your return.
Please keep a copy of your receipt/proof of shipment for any returns back to Nomad Society. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.
Damaged on arrival
If your item is damaged on arrival, simply inform us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
We require a photograph of the damaged item(s) and the package(s), we will then provide you with a shipping label to send the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item(s) you will then be able to choose a replacement item(s) shipped to the same address or request a refund.
3 days after the product is delivered, we can not process damaged items for a refund and replacement.
Important - Before you send it back

How to send it back to us
1. - Contact us and choose 'Returns' as an enquiry and provide us with your order number and reason for return. We will instruct you what to do next.
2. Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box.
3. Include a copy of the purchase receipt and reason for the return in the parcel.
4. Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with your contact details with the parcel.
